Meet Liz

Liz — CurveHabit coach and program creator

I know what it's like to want results without making fitness your whole life.

I'm Liz, a coach and the founder of CurveHabit. Like many of the women I work with, I built my training around a full schedule — a 9-to-5 career, motherhood, and the everyday responsibilities that don't pause because you want to train.

My own fitness journey wasn't a straight line. I went through the cycle of starting and stopping, saving workouts I never finished, and feeling like real progress demanded more time and energy than I actually had. What finally changed it was training that fit my life — not the other way around.

That lived experience is why I created CurveHabit. I wanted to give women the structure, clarity and realistic programming I had to figure out the hard way, so you can lose fat, build glutes, get stronger and stay consistent without making fitness your entire identity.

My coaching is built on progressive overload and sustainable habits: a clear plan you can follow week after week, intensity that builds instead of burns you out, and a focus on consistency over perfection. Strength and confidence are the goal — not obsession.

Philosophy

The CurveHabit way

Realistic, not radical

Three days a week. No unsustainable protocols. Training that fits around your job, your family, and your life, not the other way around.

Progressive, not punishing

Every program uses structured progressive overload. You get stronger week by week, in a way that feels like growth, not grinding.

Confident, not obsessed

The goal is to feel good in your body and strong in your life. Not to track every macro or earn your food. Fitness as a tool, not an identity.
