"Working with Liz 1:1 completely changed the way I approached fitness. Before coaching, I was training consistently but I had no real structure, and I wasn’t seeing the changes I wanted in my waist or glutes. Having a personalized plan made such a difference. My workouts were built around my goals, my schedule, and my level, and Liz adjusted things whenever needed instead of giving me a generic program to follow. The weekly check-ins also kept me accountable. I always knew what I was doing well, what needed to improve, and what to focus on next. I also loved that nutrition never felt restrictive. I learned how to eat in a way that supported my progress while still enjoying normal meals and my social life. Over time, I became stronger, my waist became more defined, my glutes developed more shape, and most importantly, I stopped feeling lost. The biggest value for me was having someone actually paying attention to my progress instead of leaving me to figure everything out alone. If you want coaching that feels personal, realistic, and focused on your actual goals, I would absolutely recommend Liz. Mathilde "

"Before coaching, I was exercising, but I didn’t really have a plan. I was doing a lot of random workouts and constantly wondering if I needed to eat less, do more cardio, or train harder. Working with Liz 1:1 gave me the direction I was missing. She created a plan that worked with my schedule and helped me understand how to train properly instead of just doing more for the sake of it. The check-ins made a huge difference because I had someone actually looking at my progress and making adjustments when needed. On weeks when I felt discouraged, I didn’t just give up like I normally would. Over time, I started seeing more definition through my waist, better shape through my lower body, and I felt stronger overall. But more importantly, I stopped obsessing over trying to be perfect. I now feel like I have a routine I can actually stick to, and I’m much more confident in what I’m doing. Chi Chi "

"Before working with Coach Liz, I honestly felt stuck. I was working out, trying to eat better, and doing what I thought was right, but I wasn’t seeing the changes I wanted in my body. I especially struggled with losing fat around my waist while still wanting to keep my curves and build my glutes. What made this program different for me was the structure. I finally understood what exercises I needed to focus on, how to progress properly, and how to eat in a way that supported my goals without feeling like I was constantly dieting. The workouts were realistic enough to fit around my work schedule, and I never felt like I had to spend hours in the gym. Over time, I started noticing my waist getting smaller, my body becoming more defined, and my glutes looking fuller and stronger. But the biggest change was my confidence. I stopped second-guessing everything I was doing and finally felt like I had a plan that made sense for me. I’m genuinely proud of how far I’ve come, and I’ve learned habits I can actually maintain long term. If you’re a busy woman who wants to change your body without giving up your entire life to fitness, I would definitely recommend working with Liz.” Amélie"

"I had tried working out on my own before, but I was never really sure if I was doing the right things. I would be consistent for a while, then lose motivation because I wasn’t seeing the changes I wanted. With 1:1 coaching, everything finally felt more structured. My workouts were built around my goals, I knew exactly what to focus on, and the weekly check-ins helped me stay accountable even when life got busy. The biggest difference for me was learning that I didn’t need to do extreme workouts or cut out all the foods I enjoy. I just needed consistency, the right plan, and someone guiding me along the way. I’ve become stronger, more confident, and much more comfortable in my body. My waist has changed, my clothes fit differently, and I finally feel like I’m making progress I can actually maintain. Liz made the process feel realistic, and that’s what I appreciated most. Inès "
